Guidelines for poster presentation

THE SIZE OF THE POSTER SHOULD BE 1.5 METER IN HEIGHT BY 1 METER IN WIDTH.

The code number of the paper provided by scientific committee should be indicated at the right hand side top corner of the poster.

All posters should be in the format as indicated in the template including the header.

Specifications of the posters:

Title and Author
• The title of poster presentation should be large enough so that viewers can easily read it from 2 meters distance
• Use title case for Title of the paper
• Below the title of the paper, Author(s) name, author(s) affiliation alongwith email address of presenting author should be mentioned. The name of the presenting author should be underlined

Content:
Content should be precise and clear. Use font size and type which is clearly visible It should include
Introduction (i.e., brief rationale or review of relevant research),
Materials and methods
Results (Tables, figures and graphical representations)
Discussions and Conclusion
References (Not more than five)
Acknowledgment (if any)

It is preferable to represent the content of the poster with minimum text and maximum pictorial illustrations (Not less than 70% of the space)

Kindly bring your own push pins or double sided tape to affix your poster to this space

Presenters are requested to dismantle their posters after presentation.
